Cris Simone (www.crissimone.com) is aimed to promote the healthy lifestyles of women of color who are actively seeking work/life balance. I am a wellness coach and health education specialist interested in the health and wellness practices of women of color.
As professional women, it is often hard to meet the challenge of our careers while maintaining a healthy lifestyle that includes a balanced diet, exercise, and time to pamper ourselves. Unfortunately we are most disproportionately affected by chronic illnesses that result from a lack of exercise, poor diets, and stressful environments. We hope to change that by addressing the need for woman of color to live healthy balanced lives.

creating an online forum on the best beauty,
health and wellness practices.
