The African Women’s Cancer Awareness Association The African Women's Cancer Awareness Assoiation is a group of concerned individuals from Africa, whose mission focuses on improving access to and awareness of preventive care as a means to reducing preventable disability and death from cancer a disease, which brings almost as much shame and stigma, as does HIV/AIDS disease and in the reduction of the incidence of cancer in the medically underserved communities in Africa and the diaspora.
